Dear customers,
We do not charge extra for shipping orders delivered within the 48 continental United States. For orders outside the continental US, we will contact you directly to confirm the shipping costs prior to charging you or we will send you a revised invoice for you to pay via credit card or PayPal. The extra charge is usually 10%-15% more then your total order. I.E. if your order is $100, you total with shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada would be about $110 - $115.
Hawaii and Alaska customers your orders would take 7-10 days to get to you after the order is shipped. So give us about 4-6 weeks for your orders to get to you to include time for making your bedding, etc...
For Canada orders, please note that most of our soft good products (mattresses, bedding and pillows) fall under NAFTA and you should pay very little or no tariff cost. Please have the following notice handy when you are receiving your products or dealing with your broker in Canada.
